I have personally created all of the music on this site to ensure that my music is safe and legal to download and print.

I believe everyone should have access to quality piano music, regardless of their budget or experience. That’s why Piano Song Download continues to offer hundreds of free piano arrangements, lead sheets, and educational resources for students, teachers, church musicians, and anyone who enjoys playing the piano.

While many resources on this site are free, I also offer premium sheet music, books, and original compositions through my Store. Purchases from the store help support the time and effort that goes into creating new music and allow me to continue expanding the free library for everyone to enjoy.

No, I am not legally allowed to offer popular songs for free. Popular songs are protected under copyright laws and require payment to the copyright owner. Check out my store page for popular songs that are legally available for purchase through Sheet Music Plus.

Yes you can! I, Julie Lind, grant permission for my arrangements and compositions to be performed in both in-person and online church services using any type of streaming service.

I appreciate having an “Arranged by Julie Lind” credit in the bulletin, but it is not required. If you get a chance, I would love for you to send me a note to let me know how you are using my music in your worship services. I consider it a great honor to have my music performed in worship services.

I love seeing students perform my music! Yes, you can perform my original songs on YouTube if you credit Julie Lind as the composer (or arranger) in the title, and have a link to www.PianoSongDownload.com in the description.

I cannot grant you permission to perform copyrighted titles such as Pop songs and contemporary Christian songs from my store. Permission can only be granted by the copyright holders of the copyrighted piece. Posting copyrighted titles could get your YouTube channel flagged for a copyright violation.

A lead sheet is a piece of music which typically includes only the melody, chord symbols, and sometimes lyrics. The typical way to perform a lead sheet is to play the melody with your right hand and the chords with the left hand. Many performers improvise by adding harmony notes in either hand to make the piece sound like a standard piece of sheet music. Lead sheets are often found in collections called “Fake Books”. They are called “fake” because performers are often able to fool the audience into thinking they have the full piece of music in front of them when they are really only looking at the melody and chord symbols. Lead sheets are great for teaching improvising.

Digital – Single License
The Single User License allows for one user to print one copy of the PDF. If you would like to share this PDF with additional users, you are legally required to purchase additional copies, or purchase a Studio License.

Digital – Studio License
The Studio License allows the purchaser to legally print as many copies as needed for use with students in their piano studio. Sharing the file outside the purchaser’s music studio is not allowed. The lifetime Studio License is a great deal if you plan on sharing the file with multiple students.
